Cutting-Edge Research

Take part in the first national effect-size study on Agentic AI pedagogy, applying research-informed practices in your own classroom.

📄

Published Co-Authorship

Earn co-author recognition on the final national meta-analysis — turning your classroom work into a published contribution to AI-era pedagogy.

Prove Your Impact

You won’t just try AI. You’ll measure what it does.

Most classroom innovation runs on a hunch. In this cohort you’ll run a simple before-and-after comparison and get a real effect size — a “strength score” that shows exactly how much your unit moved learning.

0.2Small
0.4Average — the bar to beat
0.6Large
0.8+Transformational

In John Hattie’s research, 0.40 is the average of everything studied — the question isn’t “did it work?” but how far your classroom can go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions teachers ask

Is there a cost to participate?
None. Participation is completely free, and you get full access to Curriculum Genie for the study — at no cost to you or your school.
How much time does it take?
It centers on one unit taught over 2–4 weeks, plus a short before-and-after assessment. Curriculum Genie generates a complete, standards-aligned unit in about 8 minutes, which helps with the planning.
What will I actually do?
Teach one AI-native unit and a comparison lesson, then give a short before-and-after check to see how much your students grew. That’s it — the research team runs all the analysis and turns your results into your classroom’s effect size.
Do I need to know Curriculum Genie already?
Nope. You’ll get full access plus onboarding and hands-on training — most teachers are building standards-aligned units in their very first session.

Thirty educators. One national study.

If you’re a U.S. middle school teacher interested in teaching one unit you and your students co-design, we encourage you to apply.
