Benchmarks for Successful Rating Periods – Using the Learning Genie Dashboards
Tell us a little bit about yourself!
Greetings, everyone! I am a passionately curious, life-long learner that is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of young children, families, and the professionals that care for them. My current work is with Neighborhood House Association as a Senior Education Coordinator for its Early Child Development programs. I have been here for the past 12 years, been an independent consultant for 14, and in the early care and education field for almost 25 years. My professional journey started in the classroom with two-year-olds and continued through administrative and coaching roles. My love of systems development was ignited when I worked for a state funded program as a Site Supervisor and Program Director with the YMCA. I hope to continue this path for many more years to come, alongside my loving family.

What can we look forward to in the webinar on March 11?
The dashboard and wide variety of reports available in Learning Genie are some of its best features, but many agencies aren’t using them to their full advantage. This webinar will focus on how to develop systems for rating, monitoring, and supporting successful child assessment.
Why do you love Learning Genie?
I love how responsive the Learning Genie team is and how committed they are to making the work of teachers and administrators easier. They continuously seek feedback in order to improve the quality of their application and are always readily available when troubleshooting is needed. It truly feels like we are partners in this child assessment journey.
